Spring Pruning for Home Gardens and Orchards

February 17 @ 10:00 am - 11:30 am

Got Spring fever? Spring is not here yet and there are a few things gardeners can do “out and about” in the yard and garden. This includes pruning plants and trees while still dormant to ensure health and optimize their beauty. The Pacific County Master Gardeners will share specific techniques for pruning ornamental plants, shrubs, fruit trees and caning berries. The program will include hands-on opportunities to practice your pruning methods and handouts to guide you in keeping your plants looking their best!

Where: Columbia Pacific Heritage Museum
115 SE Lake Street, Ilwaco, WA
When: Saturday, February 17th, 10:00 to 11:30 am

Requests for reasonable accommodation need to be made two weeks prior to the program. Please make all requests to WSU Extension 360-482-2934.
