Home and Garden Show – Elma
May 20 @ 9:00 am - May 21 @ 4:00 pm
The 17th annual Grays Harbor Home and Garden Show brought to you by the WSU Extension Master Gardeners of Grays Harbor and Pacific Counties will fill the entire Grays Harbor Fairgrounds Event Center with more shopping and classes than ever before!
Special guests this year are Sam Benowitz and Ciscoe Morris.
Sam will speak at 1 p.m. on Saturday May 20. He is the owner of Raintree Nursery and will talk about “Proven Fruits and Berries for Southwest Washington”. He’ll also give visitors a chance to learn, first-hand, about grafting fruit trees during a special demonstration.
Cisco will speak at 1 p.m. on Sunday May 21. He brings his always entertaining and informative presentation which will focus on “Favorite Plants for Late Spring”. Cisco plans to talk about his favorite plants and how to take care of them. There also will be time for Ciscoe to answer your questions.
Master Gardeners will be available to answer gardening questions at the Plant Clinic table, and they will have several scheduled how-to presentations throughout both days. As you peruse the show, pick up some treats from the refreshments table, stop by the children’s booth with the kids, and take a few minutes outside to tour the Master Gardener Demonstration Garden.
